The project began with analyzing senior user behavior patterns and identifying barriers in traditional e-commerce ordering processes. My approach focused on creating an accessible meal ordering experience that would build confidence and reduce friction for senior customers. I worked to understand the specific challenges older adults face with digital interfaces and ordering systems.

I designed a simplified non-transactional interface prioritizing clarity and minimal steps. The design featured an intuitive entry point, a fresh and friendly order flow, and reassuring delivery confirmation. Each element was developed with accessibility in mind, using clear CTAs and reduced cognitive load to make the experience welcoming and straightforward.
