The project began with analyzing INVU Skin's existing website performance and identifying opportunities to elevate their luxury medical aesthetics presence. My approach focused on creating a sophisticated digital experience that would establish trust and credibility in Regina's competitive wellness market. I worked to understand both client needs and internal staff requirements for patient management.

I customized the Shopify platform to serve a dual purpose—a premium client-facing website and an internal tool for staff. The design balanced luxury aesthetics with functionality, creating a user-friendly booking system and clear treatment information for services like Botox, Juvéderm, and specialized skincare. Each element was developed to reflect the premium nature of the brand while simplifying consultation scheduling.
